Are You Ready?
People are hard. Managing emotions at work is hard. I used to be horrible at working in teams. I would get anxiety attacks, panic-cry, or call in sick. It was the worst.
Today, I travel far and wide to work with mentees, organizations, and companies to teach them about emotional resilience. In fact, I've spoken on all 7 continents.
So what changed? How did I overcome my challenges? Honestly, it’s the same way you might, or ANYONE would. The first step was that I had to get honest with myself about how I was showing up to these scenarios instead of blaming others. I had to open myself to learning a new skillset. I found new coaches and mentors. Most of all, I had to be open to seeing a different kind of way of working with others.
Maybe you can relate. Maybe it's YOUR time to make a change, right? If this sounds like you, then, please, go get yourself registered for our "Engaged Leadership Practicum."
